Olive has a new Batch of them, trying to wrap their little heads around why those that attend these hearings to learn something are not supposed to be there, and therefore deserve any and all attacks by transients from other states who come only to harass. Here's my response to one of them:
"You have no idea who I am. Nor my tenacity. Look up the oregon laws on harrassment. Add to that the interstate transportation of hate with the intent to do harm. State charges and interstate (fbi) charges are in order. A taxpayer concerned with millions of dollars, (translated into thousands of homeowner's taxes) is at her own County's hearing, watching how her own taxes are being spent on a so-called crime that landed no lost child, no charges, and hundreds of thousands of taxpayers money going into pockets right in front of her. Underhill pocketed thousands of dollars himself for two weeks overtime. On top of a salary. I had a civil right to be in those halls. The person who accosted me doesn't even pay taxes. She has no right to stalk, assault, harass and defame a local taxpayer."
I got some calls to make tomorrow. And one will be to a certain lawyer.
And don't forget that the first concern by Desiree was whether or not she was on there (and if her hair was okay). Maybe next time since it appears this is about the local stalkers.
So many folks are so invested in their belief. It would be nice if the Da would admit that the MfH was a non issue, I believe a pressure tactic. Remember the whole 'sting was broadcast over open airwaves for the world to hear and no one in the world said "GOTCha" because that sting was a BS. Thanks for your blog, it kinda rocks. I was way too attentive the first year and now it's just as heartbreaking seeing how many people have suffered over what I believe could have been avoided by more adults at the school and mcso being honest and truthful to the public from the beginning. DR. Sooo nice to hear from you. DA will never admit they were wrong. Well, gotta stay away from absolutes because the new DA in the Ramsey case finally did. But 9 years and a tragic death by Patty Ramsey later.
So many families and individuals are being destroyed by this violence. In the end it will be Kaine's and Desire's lives, too. They are already, see above, noticing that their actions and "rights" have consequences.
In the end, Kaine might lose Kiara forever. If not, she is going to be one hell of a "hell hath no furry" teenager and Kaine will be begging Terri to take her.
And Desiree...well it will be hell enough for her that noone will do her hair for free anymore.
