The divorce DOCKET

February 1st

Went Downtown Yesterday.

In search of answers based on my, sometimes way-off, hunches.  Been off and on with this case lately.  Last week or so saw some increasing interest and amazing twists in this story.

First, DY withdrew the suit.  I thought everyone could figure out it was her and she didn't want her dirty laundry to be aired.  After getting disgusted with the FB anti  peeps on that weird forum, I was incensed enough to prove them wrong.  Not that they'd believe it anyway.  But for my own catharsis I hoped that something, anything, wasn't hidden in the Courthouse Exhibit Room.

So....had copies made of some docs in the FAPA file, in the Divorce file and in the Suit file.  And then asked for the dockets of the suit and divorce.

Took pictures of the docket today.  As the hearing is Monday.   Here it is:

Most interesting, this page.  What is this "objection" to the DA's pleadings.  There are no motions here from the DA as with D.Y.'s case.   So is this a general Objection to the DA/MCSO intrusion into the Suit when they had had no comment and MCSO had always claimed that the civil and criminal cases were separate???

Inquiring minds want to know.  Hope the DA doesn't seal these motions.

Will get more up tonight.  If I'm not busy with my new beach novel my GFs finally talked me into.

  1. Did you happen to take a look within the court file? I'm curious about the notation re: a response from Terri Horman. Did she respond, or was it her attorney who responded on her behalf?

  2. Yes. I had the Fapa, Divoce, and Suit files. But none of the last four documents were in the file. The clerk said it takes up to 8 days. Within the files I think all of the other motions and responses, etc. were written by the attorneys. Isn't that the usual case?

I have a feeling Bunch is going to come out swinging in the morning. At first I thought that Kaine's motion must be already sealed as we've heard nothing of it leaked to the media. But they must show the motion to the other side for there to be a response to it, Right?

If they seal up all this I think we know who's rearend is really being protected. And it is NOT the parties involved. Noone that knows or has worked for the MCSO has had good things to say about them. Former employees say the organization is....well to put it as nicely as I can...lacking in honesty, integrity and intelligence. They screwed up, chalked up overtime during a recession, and don't want the public that pays for their BIG pensions to know.

The DA doesn't want us to know, either. What was telling was DY's obvious lack of suooort, finally, when in her last post-suit comment she said she hoped the new DA would be pursuing this. Cept Underhill didn't seem very bright, either, in that first press conference to flush out the White Truck from whereever it was supposed to be, trying to get a SZ2.

Hope I get a chance to find those motions before they seal them.

Oh....have the Protective Order. Written and signed by Rosenthal. One the same DAY the DA asked for his memo and affidavits and the motion to seal be sealed. And got it with no hesitation, by Kantor.

Isn't Kantor's shift to the Divorce after sealing all this suit "evidence" unethical? Why isn't Bunch calling for him to step down as he can not be impartial in this divorce now.

  3. Are you tracking the docket for case number 1006-66086? Kaine Horman's lawyers continued to file under that case number after the consolidation.
